This striking class is suitable for beginners or more experienced strikers who are looking to build their fitness, advance their striking skills, improve confidence, develop self-defence skills or just burn off that built-up daily stress.
Sparring, pad/bag work, coaching, fitness.
Blending Kickboxing and Thai boxing this class is welcome to anyone 18 years and older.

Recommended apparel -
First session - shorts and t-shirt
As you progress - Boxing gloves, shin guards, gum shield, and groin guard.
